New Longevity info hard to find

Monday, August 31st, 2009

If you read my posts you would know how interested I am in anything that involves extending human life-span. I’m one of those people who follow the news about anti-aging supplements and read all the medical research and trials conducted every year related to longevity and health. I must tell you that it’s a very interesting subject and so broad it would take you a year just to catch up on what is happening in the anti-aging research/market. From telomerase enzyme supplement to HGH, red wine extracts to berry hype, one must dedicate themselves to this or just give up and only read the sales pages. But normally if you do that, you are only reading one side of the story.

Rugby Cheats Give Sports a Bad Name

Monday, August 31st, 2009

It seems unbelieveable that in one of Britain’s fairly popular sports, rugby, the level of cheating I’ve been reading about has sunk so low. In an important rugby match a player had to leave the field because his mouth was bleeding profusely. As he left the field he was replaced by another player. Now the player who came on as substitute was very good at kicking. At the stage the game was at, he was an ideal replacement for the injured player. But, it transpires that the ‘injured’ player had one of these ‘blood capsules’ in his mouth, and had bitten on it to make it look as though his mouth was bleeding. That player, the club’s coach, and the physio were in it together, and were cheats. All have since been banned from rugby for various lengths of time, and deservedly so.

I Got A Tiara To Go With My Castle Wedding

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

I was right in the middle of trying on dresses when I overheard my mother talking about my castles wedding. The sales woman was swooning all over the idea! I was actually tearing up listening to my mother sound so excited like this. She could not wait to see the finished product of her labor. The dress I choose was perfect. It was a mermaid style with a huge train. I also wanted a tiara to go with the princess theme. The date was drawing closer and I am getting so nervous. Everything is going to be perfect. Hopefully, that is a reflection of our lives together.

Health Tips From Suzanne Gudakunst

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

Suzanne Gudakunst is a fan and Internet favorite when it comes to the health and fitness field. She has been in this market for an incredible amount of time and has done an insane amount of research into this area which has led to her writing of a book. Her book is called top secret fat loss secret and obviously as the title implies it focuses on getting rid of the unwanted fat that you currently have on your body. This is an incredibly relevant topic especially here in America as we struggle with the obesity epidemic. You don’t have to because you have this info.

Nice Attorney

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

When I think of must-haves in today’s worlds, I think of a good doctor, and an excellent lawyer.  I searched the internet and found slick attorney ads everywhere.  I stumbled upon this one: consumer justice attorney and trial lawyer.  He’s a trial attorney who handles serious cases nationwide, and works on behalf of really hurt people and consumers who have been scammed or defrauded by big companies.

The thing that comes across is that he cares.  He spends time with his clients.  He listens to their needs. He wants to help. His site needs some work, but he clearly puts his time into people, not web sites.

Searching for Reviews on Wrought Iron Fixtures

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

I have been working on changing some of the light fixtures in my house. The ones that were here were old and outdated and not really my style. I have an open floor plan on the first floor so I would like to get some that match. But I want to make sure that they are all good quality. I have been searching for reviews on Wrought Iron Fixtures. I think that these types would look good in my house but I want to make sure that I am not just buying them based on looks and that they actually function well and last a while.

RV air conditioner is a fairly simple appliance

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

RV air conditioner is different from window air conditioner. They are similar to split AC where the condenser and compressor units are installed outside on the roof. There is a tough competition for these units. But when it comes to high quality, price effective and durable rv air conditioners by Carrier is the best. Carrier AIRV 15000 BTU air conditioner comes with 2 year factory warranty. The slinger wheel feature reduces water runoff along the roof and down the sides of the RV and recycles condensation back onto the condenser coil. Air shower feature can keep you cool while traveling on a hot sunny day; just turn the dial open on the air shower for a refreshing shower of cool air.

Just a Great Website

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

My son Ted has a great job with Noble Image as a Web programmer. He just worked with a brand new client who had found the company by doing a web search for ‘Web Designer Bay Area‘. The customer was brand new to the Internet and needed help with every phase of Web site development.  Ted had a great time with this project because it was the first one that he had ever taken from the idea phase to completed project.  He and his coworkers took care of every single aspect of the site creation from initial graphic design clear through programming and launch.

I Love My Software for Estate Agents

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

I like to run a tight ship.  I am in charge of an estate agency and it is nice to find programs that make the office run a little smoother.  Baysoft offers great software for estate agents that is Internet based.  It is one of the easiest to use programs that I have ever seen.  Data entry is a snap with this program and I don’t have to waste a ton of space on my computers because storage is done on servers rather than my computers.  That translates to savings for my business and that makes me one happy boss.

Linux Hosting Is Extremely Affordable

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

If you desire to create a blog, no matter what you intend to use it for, maintenance of your blog is simple and easy because you can post whatever content you like while connecting to your target audience, even without any knowledge of web development or marketing. There are many attractive things that are available and offered in various Linux hosting packages. Those that are turned off by paid blog hosting are usually looking at pricing as their priority. Those that participate in Linux hosting packages know that they are getting a superior hosting service and that Linux hosting is a more effective service. Some that choose to not use paid Linux hosting think that they can yield the same high-quality results from free hosting. It is just not true.

The Best Bunk Bed

Saturday, August 29th, 2009

I have two kids, and for now, they have to share the best room in the house. I know that I have been needing to get them a better bed situation because it seems to make sense to put them in the same room for as long as I can. I think the best solution for me is to make sure that I get the best futon bunk for them. That way, they can have a couch on the bottom when they want to, and still be able to make it into a bed when they go to sleep at night.

Apple in trouble again

Saturday, August 29th, 2009

Apple is no stranger to legal troubles, they have been sued many times by various people over the years. John Lech Johansen, known to many as DVD Jon, has been served a subpoena in the ongoing Apple iTunes antitrust case. The plaintiff’s attorney says jailbreak ipod touch, Thomas Merrick, requested the subpoena to gather relevant documents that Johansen might have in his possession. Will these new case against Apple and their popular iTunes music service hurt Apple in the long run? To be honest I don’t think it will, not at all. Apples brand is just way too powerful to be beat right now.
