It seems like hardly a day goes by without me seeing gasoline prices making headline news. If not on a national level then in my local newspaper. Everybody wants to know what they can do to save money on gasoline. Fortunately, there is a lot that can be done. The most obvious thing that can help you save money on gas is to start driving less and using mass transportation, walking, or riding a bike. I know that isn’t an option for everyone but it is an options that a lot more people could be taking advantage of. The bicycle, for example, is the most popular form of transportation in the world but here in the U.S. it’s used mostly for occasional recreation and not a means of getting from point a to point b unless you’re 12 years old and don’t have a license.
