Effective: Per Inquiry Advertising

One major flaw in the way advertising has been done for the past century is that businesses typically have no way of knowing that it has been effective. The way things have been, people could see or not see the ad and business could pick up or vice versa. There simply was no way of tracking the performance of the ad campaign and its success or failure could be blamed on anything with out pinpointing any real problem. Now, with per inquiry advertising, companies wishing to advertise get free ad time and space without paying for it because they only pay for the results the ad brings.
