How I intend to improve the quality of my company
Five years ago I opened up my own mortgage company in an executive suite office with only 95 square feet. Last month my entire operation moved into its 12,000 square feet building and I now have 55 employees. There’s been a lot of hard work and sweat that I put into this and now I’m reaping the rewards. One thing I needed to do however was to get some of my people up to snuff in the management area. Because of this I typed the words “management training california” into my computers search engine. I found a lot of companies that I felt would be of benefit to contact in this matter.
