Land Down Under
As we think of Australia, probably the first thing that comes to mind would be a Kangaroo. Ask any elementary child. I am sure that they study the animal in science in about third grade. They learn that a kangaroo is a marsupial, that the mother has a pocket that she carries her baby in to keep it safe and warm. For those of us who like to collect coins from all over the world, there is a kangaroo silver coin available from Gold Bullion Ingot at a fairly reasonable price.
