Our experience with buying our last home in CO
My husband and I were extremely pleased with the purchase of our split level home in Castle Rock CO three years ago. We wanted to find a house that wasn’t too far from the city but was definitely outside it so the taxes would be lower. Our real estate agent is also the preacher for our church, and he found several houses in the area we were looking that were in our price range. When we saw our house, we knew nothing else would compare.
Everything with the offer and closing went very smoothly. Our agent did a great job of keeping in touch with us and pointing out pros and cons throughout the house hunting process.
