Skills Testing for Employees

With the large employee pool that is available now I am actually finding it harder and harder to find skilled employees. You would think that it would be the opposite but it seems that people are trying just about anything to get a job and will lie on their resume. I am now turning to recruitment advertising to see if I can find an agency for the right person for our company. If they can stream through the large pool and actually do the skills testing that I do not have the resources for then I can find the skills that are represented on the resume.
