Why?
Why would you want to think outside the box if you were not inspired to do so? Why would you want to have fun at your job and help those in need if you yourself felt pressure just the do the job the same old way as it has always been done. There is nothing more energy sucking than the same boring leadership doing the same day to day things. To be productive I need people above me in the company to be enthused and work with innovation management. I do not want to work with a manager who just happened to be promoted because of his length at the company, I want someone inspired to be in the job.
