A good detox diet menu

Detox diets vary not only in length of time but also in ingredients. A good basic detox diet menu will consist of lots of steamed veggies with nothing added, lots of fruit and lots of water. From there certain diets will allow some small amounts of brown rice or grains. Most diets agree that during the cleanse there should be no sodas, alcohol processed foods, butters or oils. Everything should be natural and un processed. One to two weeks and the cleanse will be complete. Hopefully by the end your body will be feeling great and you’ll be glad you did it.
