Extreme workouts for real men
Some people like soft workouts like a treadmill or a spinning class. Some folks even enjoy easy workouts like a gentle walk or doing some yoga poses in their living room. However, for other people, they want extreme workouts for hard core fitness and muscle building.
Here are some options for hard core extreme workouts:
1. log lifting – this can be quite a challenge and a great full body workout
2. keg clean and presses – take a half full beer keg and do clean and presses for a great exercise to build extreme strength
3. Car rope pulls – tie a rope to an old car or truck and pull it for 10 to 20 yards. Another great full body exercise for hard core fitness types.
