Medifast works for diabetes

I know I need to lose weight. I have been to the doctor about three or four times this year, and every time the doctor tells me I have to lose weight for my health. Now I am worried that I am not going to be able to find a diet plan that will work for my type II diabetes. I was just looking things up online, and I found something called medifast that has a program specifically designed for people with my condition. I know that my weight is what caused me to get diabetes in the first place, so I want to get it under control.
