Moderation can be the key to losing 10 pounds.
I want to start eating healthier. I am not interested in a diet, instead I want to adjust the amount of food that I am eating and I want to make healthier choices when it comes to what I am eating. I want to lose 10 pounds, but nothing is more discouraging to a diet than having to deny your cravings. By adjusting the amount of something that you eat, you can often satisfy those cravings for chocolate or ice cream, it just has to be done in moderation. I think that is the real key to losing weight, moderation not starvation. Don’t you?
