Sleeping better by doing a regular exercise workout program

Many people do not do exercise and still manage to sleep well at night. I have always had trouble sleeping if I do not engage in regular exercise. I find that I need to burn up calories otherwise I lie awake at night. This ultimately reduces my productivity during the day so an exercise workout program is essential to my well being. I also find that I look and feel better and do not put on any excess weight. Many people my age are overweight and don’t do anything about it until a health issue forces them to. I prefer to be proactive and to reap the long term benefits of regular exercise.
