I Choose Wood Venetian Blinds Over Poorly Hung Drapes
I am a long way from an interior decorator but I do know what I like to see in a room. One thing that drives me crazy is the way designers now let the drapes drag on the floor. To me that looks sloppy and like they did not know how to cut them even. When the decorator was recommend those to us I put my food down. I was not going to let something like that in my home. Instead we now have wood venetian blinds with a beautiful valence across the top. It looks neat, well put together and as if the decorator knew what they were doing.
