My New Roommate
When I filled out my application for housing, I took a huge risk by marking the box that would allow the college to randomly match me with a roommate. I had no idea who I would get, but as it turns out, I think we’re going to be okay. When I first met Rochelle, I liked her immediately. We both had the same ideas about how to decorate the room so that it did not look so much like a college dorm room. I planned to major in interior design, and she has wanted to be an artist since she was five years old. I was not at all surprised when she brought in a Bertoia chair for our room. No ratty couches here!
