Ways To make money with real estate
I was asked the other day how many ways there are to make money with real estate. That’s a question that few, if any, people can answer. There are just so many ways to make money with real estate, I don’t think any one person has all the answers. Besides buying and selling homes, flipping, taking over payments, buying foreclosures, renting and other ways, the list is endless!
The best Way to make money with real estate that I know of is either flipping or buying an undervalued property in an established neighborhood with a good track record of appreciation and holding on to it for a few years. Of course, many people say real estate is like the stock market, pick the best of both and over time both choices will make you money. I happen to like real estate, because even in a down market, people have to live somewhere! People will buy real estate long before they will buy a stock.
