Miniature Labrador Retriever
Many breeders and those involved in the canine world don’t accept that mini Labs are a legitimate off-shoot of the breed. However many others do champion the cause of the Miniature labrador retriever and just insist that this type of dog is exactly what the name implies; a scaled down version of a fully sized Labrador. Like their bigger brothers and sisters mini Labs are bred in the three colours of yellow, chocolate and black with the small type of dog usually weighting in at between 45 and 50 pounds. Height wise a mini Lab grows up to 19 inches at the shoulder.
