Become A Personal Trainer: Setting a Good Example

We have all heard of the immoral preacher and the doctor who loves to drink. If you think you can get away with the old “Do as I say, not what I do” approach, you’re wrong. Not if you want to become a personal trainer. You can’t see what a priest does in his bedroom, and you can’t follow your doctor to dinner. But in the case of a personal fitness trainer, his/her own body serves as a witness to their true conduct. If you eat wrong, or don’t exercise enough, your client will see it. Be ready to practice what you preach. Your own body speaks volumes about you.
