Golfers: There’s Still Hope
When you first start playing golf you may just play for fun or go to keep a friend company. But if you decide to take it up as a sport or hobby and play more often, then it might be wise to get some golf instruction. This will not only improve your playing (and hopefully your score) but it will make sure that your technique is good and does not cause undue strain on your muscles. This type of strain can lead to injuries in your back, wrist, hands or shoulders if you are not careful. You can of course pay for a lesson from a qualified teacher at your club or ask your fellow golfers to give you a hand. There are also books and online resources should you prefer them.
