As a new business owner. I realized that their was a high demand for the products I offered. I wanted to find a way to manage all the phone calls I received on a daily basis that would help increase my profits. I decided to add a biometric software to my phone line. This software is voice recognition software so it is easy for my customer to get the correct department they are looking for. I have pleased customers who always leave great feedback and also become returning customers. I have also noticed that just by adding biometric software that my company’s monthly profits have increased.
