We all like to complain about things that are truly annoying to us. But sometimes, it reaches the point where you know you really need to bring the complaint to a place of higher authority, such as the court. You can first contact a lawyer, who will be able to assist you all throughout. You may be required to write a complaint Affidavit where you list all your complaints and declare that they are all true according to your knowledge. Depending on the severity of the issue, the court will decide on how they or you will deal with your complaint.
